Arthur McKee is the founder and Principal of Circle Squared Solutions. He designed and led major initiatives in early childhood education, identifying and supporting innovative charter school founders, expanding access to high-impact tutoring, and transforming teaching to make it a more collaborative and sustainable profession. While at the National Council on Teacher Quality, he led the first-ever effort to evaluate the nation's teacher preparation programs.

Arthur has served on a number of charter school boards and non profit organizations. Through that work, he's learned how to strengthen crucial governance functions so that board and staff work harmoniously for their mission.

A recovering Russian historian, Arthur is the proud father of two sons. He lives with his wife in the DC suburbs.
